All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the event organizers.
4. Sponsorships
Sponsorship opportunities are offered subject to availability. Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee placement. Final confirmation will be provided by the event organizers.
Sponsors agree to provide any required materials (e.g., logos, signage content) in a timely manner.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Participation in the Fore Logan Invitational involves inherent risks associated with outdoor and recreational activities, including but not limited to golfing.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that the event organizers, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event.
6. Media and Photography
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes related to the Fore Logan Invitational without compensation.
If you prefer not to be included, please notify event staff in advance.
